its not local timewindow its timewindow
its default should be 2.0

search for time window, a couple lines lower it should say if difficulty == 4 then;
blah blah bah
timewindow = 2.0;
^^^^^ thats the time window you need to change.

hey Icortyel, thanks for your short tut ;) but it doesn´t work. i changed the timewindow to 1.3, but its not really faster. I restarted the ipod, with no results.

i can help you to,
if you are jailbroken, you have to search for the TTRDJ.theme file
if you open it search for theme.cfg
when you open it, press ctr+f and typ in timewindow. usualy they are on 1.8, how lower, how faster, i currently play at 1.3-1.5 (lower then 1 is impossible, except you can play blindfolded)

Well if you mean online rankings, no. But they don't really measure who is the best, as none of the top players really play much online. Its more just a matter of people's opinion who they think is best...
