The most important victory of WWII. Had the British lost and the Nazi's successfully invaded and occupied the Island, it would have taken five years and hundreds of thousands of lives to recapture the British Isle. Moreover, it would have insured the the atomic bomb would have been dropped on Berlin first and then Tokyo.. Absent the British wining this battle, the war would have lasted 10 years instead of 5. God bless military and civilian Brits who fought and died defeating the Nazis thugs.

71 years ago, doesn't really seem that long in retrospect. I salute the men and women of the RAF who stopped Nazi Germany in their tracks! :)

actual footage of sailor malan, that is unbelievable. In Tucks book he said he kept a photo of sailor in a black frame on his dresser. Thanks
