It is another victim of ITVs monumental cost cutting excercise, which of course means that many of the network's higher quality programmes fall by the way side as they cost too much to make and the inteligent people who produce and create them cost too much as well. Plus Melvynn Bragg has said he wants to retire as well. Your rendition of the theme is very impressive by the way.

@Lavendergaljackie2 Lots of things (but not everything) can work really well on just keyboards in one take.

Hey Paul. Have you thought of doing the "Ever Decreasing Circles" theme?
Very 'modern' and quite tricky. I think you would excel with it.
You're very talented with a good ear and fine technique. I like all your 'themes' but with only one SLIGHT exception. Have a look at your timing in the first section of "Tomorrow's World". I think you need to lengthen the upper notes by one beat in each case. Other than that, EXCELLENT! It's a great, but tricky theme! Yours is the best 'cover' I've heard.

@Mrphilharmonic Hi Phil. Decreasing Circles is quite tricky, almost abstract Jazz. I should really remake Tomorrow's World, the sound quality is poor and I was tired when I did it.

totally awesome!. can i just ask , is the flute sounding stuff at 17 seconds a prerecorded bit?

Nothing is prerecorded. The flute is in there all the time triggered with the other sounds, but when you play gently then the other sounds drop out leaving just the flute.
