@crazyhorse1369 It says in the US constitution: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties, [charters and pacts made under the authority of the United States], shall be the supreme law of the land [The US constitution]" The UN charter was signed on 26 June 1945 by the United States and accepted by the US senate under the supremacy clause.

My feeling is, you hate the constitution and thus hate America, is that true or no?

Again, look at your constitution - Article 6, P - 2 states very clearly charters, treaties and other signed legal documents are to be incorporated into US constitutional law, the UN is part of this. It is in your constitution. The did not sanction the war, it does not fall under either UN clause for war nor was it sanctioned by congress. It is thus illegal.

@crazyhorse1369 The UN didnt sanction the war, especially after the Weapons Inspectors found nothing. In the constitution, any charter or treat is signed into constitutional law, the UN charter, signed by the US, is part of US law, the UN didn't sanction the war and such, the war is illegal. As for "getting laid", that's sorta irrelevant, I have a boyfriend, i don't think he cares about my view of America. Anyway, Rumsfeld, as special envoy, gave money and weapons to Saddam to fight Iran in 1983
