this is a tribute to those ppl who didnt survive September 11, 2001. For those mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, daughters, sons, friends, neighbors who lost their lives in something they couldnt contol.
May they be watching over us and keeping us safe. And may god watch over them and their families. Time may heal the wound, but the scar stays forever

this was a tragic event of our country, but we have to remember that our country has to forgive. we have always been a country of religious tolerance, and i feel like people here are blamming all muslims for this awful event. the terroists who did this were evil people. there have been christian terroists, but we do not blame all christians for the murders that they committed. i understand your pain and suffering, but we have to understand that a religion isnt the only force ppl follow.

@HTownCountryFan I think that Garth Brooks like so few artists understands the importance of the day and reason this song was made. Look at Elton John who got both praise and scorn for changing his song Goodby Norma Jean to fit Princess Diana. I think that September 11th will FOREVER be burned in everyone's mind and already has many songs to express whatever you were feeling that day but we can not take away from that tragic day in Oklahoma. I still cry thinking about it.

The real video for this song is so powerful. Though what happened on 911 was most horrific and devastating to the US it has been given many many songs to remember that day. This one I feel should be left for the event it was created for. The day Oklahoma was attacked by an American. It's message is true for our lives and our country, that no matter what happens to us we must NOT let fear and hatred rule our lives and change who we are. Stay strong America and keep hope.

i just cant stop thinking of all of those inasint ppl dieing, jumping out of windows! its a sin that they did that. im just imaganing me jumping out a window or being blown up, it would suk. so to the ppl who did this, how would u feel if u were in that building?!
