I'm not an economist, but I do know some business management, and ain't easy the situation in which the world is right now, I think OBAMA is doing everything he can, and America fucked it up, since Nixon, by paying countries around the globe with "monopoly-toy" paper worthless money, by forcing other nations to accepting it as the worlds reserve currency since world war II, and by holding a gun "NUKES", to the heads of other countries...so I would think the best way to go, is by extending OBAMA
