This is not correct. Folic acid has been linked with increased cancer prevalence, can cause toxicity because it is readily absorbed and mask a vitamin B12 deficiency leading to neurological disorders and eventually death. If you are any sort of dietitian and done your research, you should know this.

I dont care if folic acid excess affects me because I have to take it.
Folic acid is related to DNA synthesis and it prevents hairloss so I WILL take it even it causes dizziness.
Id rather choose dizziness over hairloss.

i dont get it... folic acid has something to do with pregnendy? and it could make you dizzy if you take too much? cuz im eating cereal that has 100% folic acid. is that good?
