My school is doing AVPM (no profit of course) and it's kind of a student - made production. even though I'm a cast member (Draco malfoy) I'm also in charge of music... and we don't have a piano. this is the best instrumental i've found, and could we PLEASE PLEASE use your music for our performance? this is to your other instrumentals as well... we WILL of course give you credit and put your name on the credits in huge print, and on the posters as well. please? we are desperate! we need music!

This is so fast! I played the original at the same time and for a while it was right on, then into Harry's second verse it sped up like crazy... and you skipped the part with Crabbe and Goyle, so I don't know how you could have skipped an entire section while listening to Starkid's version.

You have excellent piano skills! I know my comments may seem negative, but this is so legit! SO IMPRESSED. I could never do this. Amazing!!!!

@Iamdefygravity I''m starting to think I messed something up in the speed settings when I was recording it - it seemed too fast, so I reduced the speed in many parts, which I now begin to suspect hasn't been retained when I rendered the instrumental and made the .mp3 xD I'll work on that and maybe upload a better version! However, I didn't use the musical version as a guide, a used the one starkid released with the AVPM soundtrack - that's why parts of the dialogue are missing!

i just sung along with the music, and it is a bit fast in some place, but nonetheless its awesome. I'm organising a cosplay group, and if we cant record the music ourselves I might use this backing, if thats ok with you. I wish I could play like you can. Top job!

If anyone has used this version for a stage production of AVPM, is it still possible to get all the dialouge in or is it too fast? My class is doing this song for a talent show, and we are having a very hard time finding a version with room for the speaking parts.

@FanisCl At my school each year we have a Music Festival in which each house has to perform loads of musical numbers

It's like a tri-wizard tournament..expect no not like that at all.. (Get it?)

It's a school thing where everyone in each house sings and stuff.

Anyway, would it be okay if we could use this instrumental as out backing track, or have the chords if we could find someone who can play the piano lol
