I have a question. Everytime I sign on to Itunes now the device icon for my Ipad 2 will show up under devices without it even being plugged in. Is that normal?? Should I go to eject everytime & turn it off?? It just seems weird that it shows up each time without it being plugged in. Hope someone can give me advice. Someone told me if I don't hit eject each time I disconnect my Ipad it would screw it up. So, yeah. This is new to me. Please help if possible. Thanks. :)

@GamePlaya29 sorry for the late reply. yes ths is normal. because iOS5 has wireless synching. so your ipad/iphone etc will be connected as if a USB were connected. i find it handy. but not if your in a rush. eg, all you need to do is drag and drop an album onto the ipad device, and it will wirelessly transfer it to your ipad, but it does tent to take longer wirelessly. anyway...yes, its normal. and no you dont have to press eject (well i dont, and everyone else i know doesnt, and there all fine)

Nice, how do you get your iPad to show up as a device on iTunes w/o the sync cable?? I'm using an iPod and I could sync wireless-ly but only after it was discovered by the computer via sync cable. (which is pointless lol)

@KeeganAlexander88 hey, the unfortunate thing is, after a while it does disconnect the connection between itunes and your device. this is to reduce traffic over the network. all you need to do is, co to settings on your device, then general, then tap 'sync now'. that will sync your device and copy over any pending music / videos to your device! :)
feel free to ask any more questions, and please rate and subscribe!
thanks for watching
