@poobah522 if ur knees are locking, then ur menisci or the acl is most likely injured. visit ur orthopedician for an exam and u'll know.

I'd like to know too! WHat's the treatment? I think my joints are too lax, and when I sit cross legged to begin yoga, this has happened a few times. VERY painful until it seemingly 'unlocks'
Please, what causes it? thanks
