"You Can Feel It on Channel 4" local version for KDFW-TV in Dallas as formely a CBS affiliate (now Fox O&O)
-
"You Can Feel It on Channel 10" WCAU Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (now an NBC O&O station)

Poor CBS didn't even try this season. An ironic contrast to their upbeat Saturday morning theme: Saturday Rocks. As a kid, I only watched the holiday specials on CBS primetime. Charlie Brown doesn't seem the same since he was moved to ABC.

The weekly series did start in 1988.

@deangelomywayentfan Big fat hairy deal, Garfield really premiered in 1987!
-
Garfied and Friends debuted in 1988

@johnnyafairbanks It was bound to happen seeing as though CBS had just canceled Magnum P.I. And not even Dallas could save them in the ratings. Ironically, the show that would later put CBS back on its feet, "Murphy Brown" debuted this season.

Murphy Brown premiered on the same day I was born! November 14th. The only difference was that Murphy Brown was born in 1988 and I was born in 1995.

I was born on Sept. 6, 1988; 'round the time CBS's 1988-89 TV season was 'bout 2 start.
