  • Nice work man. You have obviously gotten a lot of results, but here is a tip. Weighted plyos! I don't have any new vids, but I am jumping higher than my last vid. Go for 5 good quality reps 2- 3 sets. Work one leg as much as possible then do a couple of two legs move AFTER your one legs . Also one leg stand ups (from a sitting position) w dumbbells. Pistol squats w/ weight (on a platform so you don't have to keep other leg straight out). I can now grab rim vertical and get 8-10" higher on run

  • if you want to jump even higher, get a gf and make sure you both workout at least once a day, intense

  • respect man !!! do u have any workout programme ?? if so could u post me some exercises i can do at home. i used to do plyometrics for 10 weeks and it increased my vertical but then i couldnt get more vert. and i dunked only for 2 times in my life :D
