Decks are approx 3m each so 21m total + height of mastsetc on nav bridge top say around 12m. Draught in ballast I am not sure of but you can make your own mind up from some more figures from a previous post

Length BP 440.015m. Breadth MLD 68.80m. Depth MLD 29.800m. Draught MLD 24.563.
Deadweight 560,000 MT. Gross tonnage AB 243600 MT. Service Speed AB 15.2 Kn. Main Engine 50,000PS @85 RPM.
