The Grass Roots defined the bar/club sound for live dance bands in the late '60s. Saw them at the Orange Co. fair (Ca.) in the late '70s. Got people dancing in the dusty field.

I like how they lip sync so well. I do like many of their songs, but this is the actual soundtrack from their lp. I did not see a horn section. Nice to see them live anyway.
