thank you very much i tried this and it works everytime but there was a time my opponent refused to submit so i put more energy and she passed out very quick..its a very powerful move i must say

If I can offer one word of advice is that when pushing to make space, if the person is substantially bigger (100+kg category for ex.) and have very broad shoulders and/or a thick neck, try going back at an angle and turning on your hip slightly. That way, when you go to put your leg around the neck/shoulder area and bring the arm across, the momentum of your foot going forward and the arm going across will ensure that there is enough room to get your foot on the back of your other legs knee.

At 0:52 Lifting someones arms like that can be hard if they over power you, Also i dont see there being much leverage to life someones arms in that possition. Everything else was awesome.
Make sure that u angle out b4 u start working head control (u can hold ur shin w/ ur opposite hand). U can choke most people out by being parallel 2 the top person, but at more of a 150 degree angle u can compress larger opponents. Trust me-I'm a small guy-it works :)

You need to turn your hips more so that there isn't any shoulder visible after you've locked down the triangle. The choking leg should be parallel across the shoulders.
