Very easy boss, take out the 3 small crab vs's first. When your done, get all the T-ENG you can, and then just unload on the big guy. Not much more else to it, except stay away from his drill, it can hurt you very bad. Also, if you end up on foot, use the 3 big pillers as cover and grab a VS rocket launcher to finish him.
