  • @EricB042389 first of all, yes true, that is poor form, but your retarted if you think pike ups are bad for you. If they were division one colleges wouldnt train their divers with them. You must not be a diver or suck.

  • these are very effective if you do them right, what you have to do is make sure only your legs are moving and you aren't arching your back, i wouldn't recommend pikes unless you're in pretty good chape already and can keep straight legs and back

    "Pikes" is going to do more damage to your back/spine than anything else.
