We Americans live in such corruption.... Our congress corrupted with private sectors = suffering Americans with no affordable or basic coverage unless you're dirt poor... It's Americas greed that keeps us down.. We need to be the cure of the fungus that has nunerous seats in our healthcare choices.. We need a change big time " God bless the USA"

You can't get rid of production, people need it, but you can get rid of this beast, this Frankenstein that threatens your life if you do no forcibly donate money so he can expand his powers through wars and genocides.
Mass secession prevents central governments from accumulating large sums of money via taxation.
The State is a tool for corrupt corporations to grow and when they grow the State and the corporations engage in a revolving cycle of Fascism.
Remove the State, there is no proxy.

I never said I wanted the private sector to be merged with the State, that is what we have now and things are going horribly.
The State, regulates, yes, but also subsidizes, make contracts, issues patents, issues permits, prohibits, restricts, certifies, tax; certain companies, not all equally, it is impossible to do that, so they choose who to help and who not to help.
Corporations related to them by blood or friends have more luck than others.

Now, I'm actually all for radical decentralizaiton of decision making, but *along with the radical decentralization of economic power first*. We need an economy dominated by democratic cooperatives (a la Mondragon) rather than corporate tyrannies that are basically built on the model of fascist dictatorships. That would bring the power back to the people and end the reign of the narrow political-economic ruling class that's running most countries. That's called social-Libertarianism.
-
so if you want a society that's 100% business run and where government is completely merged with the private business sector (i.e. fascism), then decentralization is the way forward.
No, for now you need a strong central govt because its the only institution over which the population can have a say, so it needs to be strong enough to resist tyrannical private power.
-
I think you're terribly wrong in thinking a massive decentralization of political decision making will make things better. Because look, the federal government already is more or less the private enforcer of the country's largest corporations. And it takes a really big corp to pressure the federal govt- states or, worse, local communities, can be controlled by anybody, even medium scaled business,

If the public option is dropped, then Healthcare reform is a sham. There is NO WAY to contain costs without it. Without it, reform is the Insurance Company Profit Assurance Act.

No kidding, the laws are changing a bit though, in favor of foreigners who seek to re-establish themselves professionally, but to be quite honest, with respect to Cuba, I can understand why the circumstances are as such, after Bay of Pigs and Kennedy, etc. We can thank Castro and the CIA for that, Inevitable really, things can only progress though.

I think one of the worst things about our immigration policies is the way we teach foreign docs...many of them have too hard a road to get re-certified once they get here. we should be giving them incentives to come here.

-Or Spain, and Africa, and just about every other part of the world really, my uncle is a naval doctor in Cuba, he travels just about everywhere, Cuba provides services to the best of its ability, there's plenty of doctors who speak multiple languages, have good IQ's like just about any American doctor, their only downfall really is having to endure the Cuban government, hell my own mother was a pediatrician in Cuba, 12 years of studies, worthless here in the states, imagine that.
Look what bothers me is this: 1) US spent TRILLIONS of dollars on illegal wars, destroying homes and cities, killing over a million innocent lives, and we're ALL GOOD about it. We wave our flags and says "Hooray for the USA!" 2) but when it comes to spending BILLIONS [not Trillions] to provide medical coverage for every American, there's a REVOLT.
On both points DEATH has won the day.
Does no one else out there see we are culture of DEATH and life has no value? Not even our neighbors?
