Lets not punish "successful" fat cats?-no one is punishing them-its all quite the opposite-they are not successful and they are getting bailed out not punished for mismanagement. .

The simple fact that when you starve the roots, the tree dies. Republicans seem to think you water the top of the tree and maybe a few drops leak down to the ground.
These are the same Republican geniuses who want to hand me a 5,000-dollar voucher for a new Chrysler. Man, if I'm out of work, if my diabetic kid has lost his health insurance, if I'm struggling with a mortgage, the new Chrysler isn't even on my damned radar.

The thing is these CEO's aren't entrepreneurs at all, they invested the money of others with almost no risk for themselfs.
If "their" company goes broke they just move on (after getting a compensation from which you and me could live off for the rest of our lifes) to the next idiots to harvest from.

I agree with Kudlow, let's not punish successful entrepreneurs: just punish the one's that have failed and got us into this mess. There's plenty of hard working business owners who didn't screw with the system or take advantage of it, and still make off well.
