@SparklyPeriwinkle yes but looping the stiches (i.e, stich through both pieces of fabric continuosly) makes the stiches less noticable.

@cornflowrbluetie Sorry! there's no real way to make it like the rest, essentially, tuck the fabric in and use a whip stitch to close it

@biadrum of course you can! and socks can be used to make a variety of awesome stuffed creatures, I highly recommend the book "Stupid Sock Creatures" by John Murphy if you want to get a bit more complicated :)
