How to make a teddy bear!

for those confused, the pattern is on my website at www.spreadawareness.info under simple projects, sorry for the confusion!

Supplies needed:
-Fabric or Fleece
(approx. 17"x11")
-Needle and thread or a
sewing machine
-Sewing pins (optional)
-Permanent marker or a
fabric marker
-Scissors

-Stuffing

@cornflowrbluetie Sorry! there's no real way to make it like the rest, essentially, tuck the fabric in and use a whip stitch to close it

@biadrum of course you can! and socks can be used to make a variety of awesome stuffed creatures, I highly recommend the book "Stupid Sock Creatures" by John Murphy if you want to get a bit more complicated :)

oh my god no matter what tutorial i watch nobody shows how to stitch up the gap used to put the stuffing in

wait, after you stuffed the bear how did you sew that hole you left open? wouldn't the stitch be visible?

@SparklyPeriwinkle yes but looping the stiches (i.e, stich through both pieces of fabric continuosly) makes the stiches less noticable.
