lol I wasn't saying to use carrots. I was saying that if you sub belle's with carrots, it's a mirepoix. Substituting belle peppers is the trinity. ;O)~

This guy should just make his own videos and post them here. Expert village recipe videos are almost always NOT from experts, and like everyone else says, impossible to navigate on here.
