An interview with Keith Locke MP on his Head of State Referenda Bill. If passed, the Bill would bring about a referendum on the issue of New Zealand's head of state. If the public votes for one of the republican options, New Zealand will become a republic with a head of state elected or appointed by New Zealanders.
Keith discusses his Bill, why it should go to select committee, and proposals to update the succession to the throne.
