This is for the electronics geeks out there. I am repairing and restoring an old Marconi model 220 tube radio and I thought I would make kind of a do-it-yourself documentary to share my little hobby with everyone. In part 6 we sand down the wood trim and apply some new paint.

I do all my sanding by hand with no power tools. They make me nervous.

If you do a lot of restoration work or intricate sanding you might want to cosider getting a Porter Cable 9444 detail sander.

Of course there is no substitute for elbow grease.
