THE CULT IS ALIVE AND KICKING! This time we explore another hot topic: Is it possible to drag a grown-up with a 4 hp 700-size R/C helicopter? Ample power would be necessary and a good feel in the sticks - otherwise the heli will get caught in a resonance and blow up. The guy on the cart? Don't worry 'bout him, he's a trained survivor ... :-)

On a different note: Is it DANGEROUS? YES IT IS!!! So please DON'T EVER TRY THIS AT HOME FOLKS!

  • Did he die after all that?

  • @magiccards05 The heli or the guy on the cart? Both alive and in same mental condition as before ... ;)

  • how much weight is the pulling power of this 700?

anyone? nice video. I bet it can lift a dog or any animal(on a cage)

  • @jandysanchez

Weight of the whole construction was around 70 kg; pulling it along needs much less force, though. Hardest and most critical point is the transition into forward "flight". This can lead to different kinds of vibration and may even "pull" the heli into the ground. We did a number of tests to find the safest way to get the whole thing going.

Depending on setup, total lifting capacity of a 700 size model is up to 10 kg. However, it is then not really controllable in flight.

  • poor heli its a slave now. future transportation.funny stuff

  • @heligraphix thanks for your input. im planning & dreaming to have an aerial video business and carrying capacity for heavy stuff is very important. i believe you consider all the risk involve in pulling specially the rope is on angle and might hit the tail blade. keep up the good work & safety as top priority on your unique acrobatic moves.

  • holy shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Haha love it... You guys are epic...
