As a Civil War reenactor that does both sides, this is one of the best. This IS a song of David Kincaid's, its on his CD.

I think its completely awesome that the Irish have pretty much set up their own race in America. No other ancestry has more pride and traditions here, though theres more "german-americans"

@Karijata That is correct and it was created by him for an American civil war song cd he put together, not for the IRA who pervert the deaths of brave Irish Americans who died on sacred grounds like Antietam or Manassas or Gettysburg. David Kincaid is a American Civil war Historian He took a long time finding lyrics and music from battlefields and civil war collections piecing the the songs together.
