Ministry of Psycho april 1997 Radio "Substation 69.26 UKV"

Ministry of Psycho is an electronic idm psychedelic collaboration from Moscow.
It was organised back in 1995 in a Bulgakov's squot area as a new collaboration between Aalien Pat. Holman ,THE HET and N209. The 90s era permanent members are: Bootsyk (headmaster of Ministry), Andrey Guydukov,Nikolai Gretzov,Igor Stalker and Valera Vasyukov.
In 90s they were the most unique and still underrated electronic band. Never released and still playing .
This is rare piece of 1997 video live performance at Moscow based underground radio "Substation 69.26 UKV ". The camera-man is Max Rechnik who made this extra rare copy for me. The video represents and exclusive Ministry's era of long and avangard cyber jazz live acts at night time. No other Moscow band could afford 6 hours non-stop radio shows with real-time improvizing. On this video you can see: Bootsyk (sitting on a chair and playing cyber rhythms, Valera vasyukov (with sampler on an arm chair) and Nikolai Gretsov (in front of Korg Vocoder), also sergei Kubik and Masha-Larisa Borodina ( she tried to be a band's producer then)
