What is a 'quick offer' of settlement from an insurance company? How do they determine what amount to offer you and what are the consequences? Should a quick offer be accepted or rejected?

In the video, Sol Neuhardt, an experienced Billings, Montana personal injury lawyer, explains the insurance company's motivations and strategy. Is it legal in Montana for an insurance company to just send you a check in the mail with an offer to settle? What should you do? What is the three year rule?

  • These companies are hoping that you're desperate and will accept an insulting $2500.00 settlement, they tried this and the case went to court and the verdict was for $111,000 and this is worth celebrating so stay encouraged.
