اولين كار پيامبر مكرم اسلام (ص) حاكم كردن عقلانيت در جامعه اسلامي بود زيرا تربيت قدرت تفكر و نيروي خرد در جامعه، حَلاّل همه مشكلات، مهار كننده نفس و زمينه ساز عبوديت انسان است.
رواج فضيلتهاي اخلاقي در جامعه همچون هواي لطيفي است كه زمينه زندگي سالم را فراهم مي‌آورد و انسان را از حرص‌ها، جهالت‌ها، دنيا طلبي‌ها، بغض هاي شخصي و سوء ظن به يكديگر باز ميدارد و به همين دليل است كه در اسلام تزكيه و رشد اخلاقي بر تعليم مقدم است.
