Somnamboule is a club from Nordhausen, a little town in the Harz Mountains, in which people can't sleep, and therefore they play boule.
Representing Somnamboule (and Thuringia) are Maik Kerner, Peter Mehne and Sebastian Eberhardt. Other participating players and clubs are Gérard Becque, Florian Hennekemper (both PC Viernheim), Abdelkader Amrane (PC Gründau), Rudolf Pabst, Karl-Heinz Senn (both FV Ubstadt) and Uwe Skrotzki (BfA Ötisheim).
The German Championships Triplette 2009 were held in Kassel, in the park outside the Orangerie, a famous palace built in 1710 as a summer residence for the landgraves.
Added music is by Portishead ("Mysterons") and by La Grande Sophie ("Les nouveaux héros").
