these are awesome i have always loved roses, drawing them, painting them, and my new passion is creating cakes, i was amazed my you video. I do have two questions when creating them how many petals are there suppose to be per rose and how long does it take then to dry? i can't wait to start, you have made my heart skip a beat with excitement thanks samantha

Hi meggonzalez
Sure fondant is great to use, as is gumpaste, sugar paste, roll out icing :).

You can practice with plasticine or playdough, but remember not to eat them ! ! :) lol

Enjoy making your roses !

Cakincrazy best wishes
