@Dwayneman911 simple do these steps 1. keep on petting it till it changes colour (sonic tails and knukles is angel (whitle) and shadow eggman rouge is devil (black) And keep on spending time say half an hour or so then it will evolve either angel or devil but if you want it nertral then dont pet it at all

if you want you're chao to reincarnate AGAIN the easist way is to nd him to school 1 week,youll have to visit the gardens...the after 1 week pick him up and put him in any garden,he should quikly reincarnate.

I visited the Chao doctor a while ago and her grades came up like this;
Swim-- A
Fly-- B
Run--S
Power--B
Stamina--B

Keep reincarnating your chao and make it a runtype/swimtype/flytype/powertype several times. Each time you do that it's stat grade goes up a level (E being the worst, S being the best). Crystal is my oldest chao, granted she's reincarnated 7 times before being made into a chaos chao. It takes a lot of time and patience, but if you want to get your chao's stats high you'll have to keep reincarnating it. Be sure to max out all of it's stats in it's previous lives, it'll be stronger than last time.
