We need a conference-Police Use of Force; cops get out of the way of danger; shoot tires, engines. Guy with a sword fifty meters away is shot- yu scared. Because there is no audio, we don't know that the cops identified themselves. So I can't say for sure that "He knew they were cops." In a split second situation, you have people jumping out of an unmarked cart with guns pointed to you. You also don't know if his music in his car was too loud to hear what they were yelling if anything... So immediately, you're going to try to get out of the situation as quickly as possible. Possibly hitting someone in the process. They said he was the wrong guy.

the police say with their own words this man was not known to them ,

also I don't believe it is l00 per cent true that they identififed themselves as police , of course after he was killed they have to say they identified themselves as police , if they could open fire on a human being like that they could be lying about other information also , someone committing adultery is not going to want to be seen with a known prositute in the daytime in a city where he is known

the woman in this case was arrested , did they ever get the story from her , even though you can't always trust that either . Most adulterers commit their sin at night not in broad daylight driving with someone in their car where they are in open viewed especially if she's a prositute in that city , he would know she was known and he wouldn't want to be seen with her in open view in the day time

That's because cops in general are used to people just obeying their commands, even in situations where people really don't know if their dealing with *real* cops or not. The excitement of the moment causes them to just comply.

When cops get too used to this they get sloppy over time. Sloppy with their ID procedures that is. It's as if cops think the whole world just goes to goo just because they jump out of unmarked car yelling god knows what, and showing you god knows what.

These cops don't give a shit about this guy, even if he was the pastor of church. Their *policy* is to just shoot someone if they feel threatened. Even though they KNEW the pastor was not the person of interest in this incident, they still just shot him down in the street as if he was some escaped convict. But hey, each of these cops went home to their families that night and that's all that matters to them anyway - Even if they did KILL an innocent person in the process.

This was not justified. The police were not in uniform and they didn't have to murder him.
