@chec0925 Why do you think this is fake? It's absolutely the real thing. The largest of it's kind in the world. It's incredible to see in person and believe me, you are happy to have a sturdy fence between you and the water! :o)

i gotta a question. i was wondering where that water led to.. and what if a human or a camera goes down there.. sorry if u think my questiong stupid. but i was curious thnx :)

@hammerrocks2 In the beginning of the video, you can see the water jetting out at the bottom of the dam, into Putah Creek. Sadly there has been at least one person who did go down.

@visagegs Actually, the water that goes into the "Glory Hole" doesn't go through the penstocks at the bottom of the dam; it goes down a concrete tunnel thru the mountainside to an outlet at creek level on the other side of the dam a few dozen yards downstream.

At first I thought that would a cool idea so we can see exactly what goes on, but now that I think of it you probably wouldn't be able to see shit. With the amount of water going through there, the video would probably just be pitch black.
