APU - Postmodern art ensemble is an informal group of artists of different profiles drawn together by a common idea of production, performance and promotion of contemporary art. Founded in 2010 it includes musicians, composers, performers, multi-medial and visual artists.
"Buta el manigo drio la manera" (be merry, don't worry) is the title of the cycle of concerts which began with the "The Lastovo case" in August 2010 in cooperation with the Ensemble A Bo!?
The source of the cycle is the composition by the pioneer of musical minimalism, the American composer Terry Riley -- "In C"
The cycle investigates the aspects of aleatoric quality and improvisation in the interaction of live music and video projection.
It is based on "cases" -- audio-visual concert evenings (deformance) of ambient type the duration and form of which are not predetermined.
