The new drummer is great but he should go and play with some metal bands, even thou he's got a VERY good hand.

he just didn't get the point of TMV, all the latin beats have been lost. a pair of congas and some cowbells are not enough!!

GREAT CONCERT..but i was expecting sth more from the best band on the planet!

it's not the first time that i see them, that's why i say so.

I was pretty upset at the concert I went to a year ago with Pridgen and all the metal heads praised his dick for being super flashy and then would mosh thus pissing Omar and Cedric off and them ending 5 songs early. Jon had a way better imagination and feel than Pridgen hands down. I dont care how much feel you have over me because in the end, Pridgen is gone for a good reason....because he was fucking up the Volta!

Sorry to step into your glorious presence and overstep my bounds into the forbidden discussion of Feel. I have to say I it is a complete over exaggeration of me to say that Pridgen has no feel but I just cant stand his style. It just does not fit at all and its made me less of a Mars Volta fan.

you must love metal and hate music with feel. Thats the only reason I could see why you like Pridgens stupid flashy style. He was nothing more than a stupid show off. "LOOK WHAT I CAN DO" Well Omar needs someone who plays WHAT NEEDS TO BE PLAYED not the most fills per beat.

loosing Jon hurt, Gaining Pridgen hurt harder, loosing pridgen and gaining Dave, potentially saving the mars volta.
