You probably have to, you know, install it. Hping comes with some Linux machines, but not with Windows.

this computer is being flooded by a bunch of spoofed syn packets (dos)
notice the pause when i give the netstat command and the 100000000000 half open connections from ip 66.66.66.66...

maybe your on windows vista? you might need to use the -i for device...
im done with windows so im no help for you
