Stargate Atlantis | Gravity [Sparky]

Show: Stargate Atlantis, seasons 1-4
Summary: Taken from Elizabeths Point of View, it shows the Sparky dynamitic in seasons 1 through 3 (with very, very minor use of season 4) It's a bittersweet, fluffy video about the ship that sadly never got to be.

I didn't use any replicator Elizabeth, nor Fran Elizabeth, because I wanted to end the video on a high, less depressing note.

Creators Tidbit: I've been itching to make a romantic side of John and Elizabeth since the day I finished the Sparks Ignite trailer. My muse completely screwed me over by giving me absolutely no inspiration though, and shortly after I finished Set the Fire - which completely depressed me about the ship, I lost my Stargate Atlantis files. Nevertheless, the moment this song clicked with me towards Sparky, I spent the agonizing time finding and downloading the files I needed to put this together.

I had almost planned on it being from both Elizabeth's and John's POV, but quickly threw that out the window before it could be. I think setting it on Elizabeths POV works best, and creates a lot more fluff, not to mention puts focus on the viewers eyes, rather than bouncing a ball all over the POVs. I'm almost desperate though, to find a matching song for Johns POV and create a somewhatsorta sequel for this, haha.

You are so right if only SPARKY could be together again. The stupid PTB have non idea how powerful and well received a reunion movie would be? It would probably be the no 1 most watched SCI FI Channel original movie ever. There are so many loyal J & E fans. I have to be honest I am glad there never was a Season 6. They were planning on making John & Teyla a couple. I could have never accepted that. Elizabeth is the only true love for Sheppard. They really do complete each other.

@gerrisexy1 Ya know, I could see that happening by the season's close. I didn't have a big problem with their friendship, and for a while I was so-and-so if they started to tease a relationship, but no...I could've never watched it if it really happened. I was extremely bummed when the show was cancelled, but it was never the same show after season 4 anyway. I consider 4 and 5 to be a whole different show at times. Thank god for fanfiction...otherwise I'd never have my never-given J&E fix :)

That was one of the most beautiful SPARKY creations ever. I don't know how you did it. But, you completely overwhelmed me with the magic of this song and those scenes. Whenever I miss Elizabeth & John I will just watch this lovely tribute again to the greatest SCI FI couple ever. I miss Elizabeth and the spirit of the old John.

@gerrisexy1 Aww, thank you! Your comment alone made the video totally worth while. And I couldn't agree with you anymore about John and Elizabeth. The show was so amazing before her pitfall, and afterwards...while I still watched it, and enjoyed it, John wasn't nearly as great as as before he lost her. You could feel his angst. I really wonder what the show would've been like if she hadn't left. And better yet, if they were able to get together! Ahhh, good times.

Wow, seriously. I wish there was some way I could watch your videos and absorb all the amazingness you put forth, but I don't think it's possible. I think I've watched this four times now, and even though I don't watch SGA, I get it. And it's beautiful. Each time I watch it, I catch something else--something deeper. I've wanted for the longest time to be able to make a video this touching and talented, but I've never been able to fully do it. It's another of many things I admire about you.

So true without fan fiction I would have gone crazy thinking I was the only obsessed SPARKY shipper. I think they have one of the largest fan bases out there. I still want to strangle TPTB sometimes. How stupid they were to waste what could have been the most compelling love story in SCI FI history! Let's face it J & E excel at hot eye sex. What they convey without words is true M rated fantasy. There was definite a bond between Torri & Joe that no one else ever came close to.

omg, I think I'm going to cry. I've like, watched this about 10 times in a row now, and I absolutely LOVE it. I love the texture you used and all the effects are really soft and the clips match the song so well I just D: *tears up again* DX whyy did it not happen, damnit Dx but at least the fanbase is still keeping the shipping going :3 I wish I could favourite this *damn YouTube too*
