what software did you use for this?

Sony Vegas. Most people I know either use Vegas or Adobe Premiere to make ytp after they grow tired of Movie Maker's limited functionality.

Every time i use the time strech audio effect to slow down or speed up it dosent go in sync with the video

how did you make it sync?

CTRL+click and drag... Provided you're using vegas. That took me a while to figure out, too
