THERE IS NO PROOF JESUS EVER EXISTED. Who really wrote the New Testament? Why do the gospels conflict on basic elements of the Jesus tale? Why does the Jesus tale have so much in common with previous savior gods we know are mythical? Who created the mythical Jesus, and who decided to turn Jesus into an "Historical Figure?" Based on the most contemporary research, "The Empty Cross: Why Jesus Didn't Exist" answers all these questions and more.

No Historical Evidence

Just a sampling of the many historical errors and incredibilities contained in the New Testament.

The Real Jesus

Reveals both the true origin of Christianity and how the Jesus Tale was derived from earlier myths.

Many Gods in Israel

Despite what the Bible and religious authorities prefer us to believe, the people of Israel originally worshipped a pantheon of gods. The evolution to monotheism (singling out one of these gods, Yahweh, for sole worship) is traced from its inception.

Timeline To a Historical Jesus

How the emerging "Christ Schools" were affected by the Diaspora and a conflict between two Jewish sects over which of them would produce the Messiah, leading to the creation of a mythical Jesus. . . and, finally, revealing the secret of who decided to change Jesus into an historical figure!

  • @mancsakacarl They all said that just their messiah was the real one, but the early Christians did not believe he was a person living on earth, and all evidences show that they where right and you wrong. They lied to you when you was promised eternal life, the dead will not come back and complain, so it's a perfect fraud.

The only reason you refuse the facts is your own fear of death, it's all about you.

If you follow Jesus words, sell everything you own and give it away to poor.

Man, I can't read any more of this without commenting!

The bible is not a book given to man thru inspiration, telepathy, or any other means. The biblical narratives, especially the NT, was borrowed (copied & embellished) from other, older religions & non-religious writings. For example, Mark used Homer's Odyssey to fabricate part of his gospel on Jesus! So not only did Mark use other's writings, but fiction at that

TruthSurge is doing a 12 part video series on this Mark/Homer connection

  • Hmm history is a most tricky thing. But for me, I can state honestly before the world that I was with Jesus in the world before this world and He, along with maybe two or three little boys my age, watched me float up into the air away from them as they stood on a river bank watching me go.

Btw, LOTS of folks around the world have had authentic experiences with Jesus, too. And while even I have a REALLY tough time getting my mind around certain Biblical matters, I will never say Jesus isn't real

  • @246TINYBABY what hit you in the head? must've been huge

  • E) Abraham was around 1600 bc not 700bc, do the facts before making a dvd lol

    F) Jerusalem was not a small village at time of King David, but neither was it a huge city, either way its irrelevent as its size is not mentioned as significantly important

    G) Archeologists never said that Abraham was a story, just because they cant find his remains doesnt mean he didnt exist

This is just another pathetic attempt at disproving somethin. Lies and twisted facts, seriously is that the best u can do?

  • JESUS IS A JEWISH LIE TO MAKE NON JEWS INSANE AND WEAK MINDDED------------THE FINAL SOLUTION

  • OMG ano

    A) Yes Herod died before Jesus was born, but his son also called Herod was around that time,

B)Josephus was born after Jesus's death, therefore he couldnt write about something that he was not alive to witness

    C) innocent people get slaughtered all the time so how is that a stolen idea, even in this day and age innocent people get slaughtered

D)Not being able to find something doesnt mean it doesnt exist, if u cant find ur car keys just stop looking cos they dont exist lol

  • @spareaxe John Mark is interesting in that it is believed he lived in Jerusalem and is the "rich young ruler" who came to see Jesus but did not follow Jesus since he did not want to see his family fortune. See Mark 14:51-52. Mark is believed to go tell the Apostles and Jesus that soldiers are coming to arrest Jesus since the last supper might have been held at Mark's father's home. What a funny line to write if Mark was not the one this nakedness happen to. An odd comment to make!

  • @spareaxe So I hope this give you guidance on why I attribute these to eye witnesses. Now Luke is a traveling companion of Paul the last Apostle and is a Greek medical doctor who travels with Paul from 50AD to 62AD. Luke came with Paul to Jerusalem 2 times and wrote the gospel of Luke sometime after 62 AD is what the experts think. Luke got his materials from sources in Israel when he travel with Paul to Jerusalem between 55-62 AD. Mark is from John Mark traveled with Peter.

  • @spareaxe con't John - Chapter 21 states it derives from the testimony of the 'disciple whom Jesus loved. . Yet only one—the Gospel of John—claims to be an eyewitness account, the testimony of the unnamed “disciple whom Jesus loved.” (“This is the disciple who is testifying to these things and wrote these things, and we know that his testimony is true” [John 21:24]). So based on these writings the gospel is to be by John. No naming exists, these are the opinions of the experts.

  • @spareaxe Have you read any bible authorship reviews or bible commentaries? John is the Apostle John, if you happen to read John 20,21 the text gives clear guidance that the person is an eye witness and is most likely John, one of the 12 Apostles. Matthew is attributed to the Apostle Matthew the tax collector. See After Papias, Irenaeus wrote: “Now Matthew published also a book of the Gospel among the Hebrews in their own dialect. cont'

  • @MRGV7373 The Gospels were not written by the Apostles. You can't be serious with this comment you posted here. I am not a christian but, I have read the bible twice and other materials from different sources about bible history. You haven't reasearched your own claims here.....you should educate yourself more on your own beliefs and bible history too. I won't comment with you any longer, you don't have anymore to offer.
