  • @v0larevia It may be one of the most important thing to learn in cooking. It's something the non-stick pan makers don't want you to know. If you heat a pan properly nothing will stick.

  • very cool but i have never seen anyone do this before, and i havent had any problems cooking without doing it. di it once just for fun though.

  • @j3ckl3r This is where so many people fail however. A pan that is not properly heated can cause all sorts of issues as you know. I use this every time I cook so I know nothing will stick and I won't burn the oil.

  • dont forget that when you add the food to the pan you pull heat away.
