The recently elected Baranggay Council of Ayala Alabang issued Ordinance #1-2011, in which the sale of over-the-counter contraceptives and condoms will be prohibited to those without prescriptions for these items. Aside from the sale without prescription, it bans the advertising and promotion of these items and takes punitive measures of up to Five Thousand Pesos, and a 1-year jail term. The Ordinance also bans Sex Education in the private schools within its jurisdiction.

I think it goes further than just the Ayala Alabang village... the argument that that village is not Catholic applies to the whole country as well, Philippines is NOT a Catholic Country nor should be a country who is CHRISTIAN or religious no country should be...

I'm from QC, and I agree na mali ang ordinance na yan. And to quote that woman in 4:04, Ayala Alabang is not a Catholic Village and there should not be any Catholic laws because it is open to other races and religions. I agree with her/
