im 45 and an olympic masters competitor.ive been doing the behind the neck version for over 25 years with no problem.FLEXIBILITY!

@MetaIhead89 It will help to develop your front and side delts. In turn it will be a great movement to add some mass onto your shoulders and give you some more "width"!

@xr3n3g4d3x Standing military press is a great movement, never said it wasn't. In my experience, different exercises "work" differently for different people.

Great job making a "How to vid" with clear instructions and camera angles. Many other muscle builders just show off how much they can bench with B quality cameras and lighting.
