Way around PMB software

I dont like the PMB software that came with the sony camcorder . This is what I do to get my Movies from my cam to the Computer.

Hi Thanks for your reply.. Looked in all folders to find Audio but no joy.. it looks as if I will have to go on using PMB.. I dont under stand it... Cheers and thanks...Roy

Hi Just bought cx550ve Movie camera.. Did this down load in to file via boot, but get no audio but down load on to PMB get both OK .. Any ideas on how I can get Audio in to the file copy? .. Thanks Roy Mobydick15@hotmail.com

@Royrey m cant say for sure . look in other folders for audio files , But it should be in the video file, what format is the camera saving the movies as? MPG?

what program plays that file winamp ? media player won't play it on my computer ..cyber shot wx9 is what i have ?

This software is so difficult. Whenever I edit and save it never saves and I can't figure out how to stufff :(
