fantastic video, very well presented! completly inspired me to get on to thrashing out that rudiment! ('thrashing' but keeping all the notes even.. in a triplet count that is...lol)

Hey Phil...You showed this to me in the mid/late 90's. I love it and use it all the time, including the 5 stroke used both single and double stoke technique.
