Actually there's a 1981 service bulletin that the manufacture issued for the pa-28-140 on how to initiate a spin and how to recover, what minimum altitude should the aircraft etc.
The point is spin is allowed just depends if your country's regulations allows it.
My 1966 Pa-28-140 POH says spins ok if in Utility Cat. I am still scared to do it with a 42 year old plane. The way the elevator is controlled with that one little nut & bolt is what scares me the most.
which model cherokee is this? is it a 140 or similar? Intentional spins are prohibited in the "stretched" cherokees like warrior and archer but yeah I think they are permitted in the earlier models under "utility" loading. looks like fun :-) Don't spin a Tomahawk!
VERY NICE VIDEO
