"The Simpsons" Treehouse of Horror XXII makes its debut on October 30th. In this clip we catch a quick glimpse from The Simpsons' annual Halloween episode "Treehouse of Horror XXII"— which was first shown last weekend at the Fox channels Comic-Con panel — If the clip seems oddly reminiscent to the opening credits of Dexter, that's because in the episode Springfield will be given a nice little facelift, with Ned Flanders portraying everybody's favorite serial killer, Dexter Morgan. This should be hilarious - in the episode Homer's God fearing neighbor believes that the man upstairs is giving him precise instructions to murder certain residents in the town of Springfield.

Well... Ned has had to suppress his sociopathic tendencies for many decades in order to appear normal...I guess he is kind of like Dexter after all.
