In the spring of 2008 in Kaliningrad has begun to restore on purpose designing of the town-planning program historical center Königsberg which has been destroyed during storm of a city and later it was not restored. Program end is planned by 2018.

@stillereserve who cares what germans think about kaliningrad, it is our city and always be, yes you lost it, but it is not russians fault, but hitlers and all people of Germany who gave him power. If we will give you back Kaliningrad, will you give us back all this millions of people we lost in war with Hitler. Quater of all Belarus population was destroyed, our people in Leningrad starved to death.
Price you germans payed for all that you did in WW2 is too small.

If you compare the bombing of Königsberg (complete annihilation of a city) to the bombings by the Luftwaffe, not sure if Churchill was not the roof of evil himself.
