haha i did that once and the popo stopped me. then i said i wasn't breaking the law cause technically she was on the leash(i'm 14 if this has anything to do with it)and she was walking right next to me...so he just asked if the dog listens well and to prove it so i made my dog sit, stay and come and he said just be careful ahahahaha.

Our family used to have a dog who would walk himself on a short leash. Nobody could not yell at them for breaking the "Dogs must be on leashes!" law! lol

That's hilarious. We only let the dogs run loose on trails. Not much chance of cops out there. By the way, I watched your photo slide shows and you are a VERY gifted photographer. You clearly have an artistic eye. I see a bright future for you in the artistic world. Pretty hard to believe you're only 14! Your bi-black sheltie is gorgeous! I have a friend who also has one. Very cool dogs!
