Macedonian burek is made from layers of thick dough, alternating with layers of other fillings in a circular baking pan and topped with a layer of dough. Fillings are meat, white cheese, spinach, spinach and cheese, and the modern variants - pizza and sour cherry

  • @UFOENGINE Put some lard and/or oil on your hands and coat the dough ball well. Allow to stand for 2 hours before stretching the dough.
