problems start when you realise you could be better..you could look better..if only you make some efforts..but it doesnt work.. after this, you cant accept yourself and say im Ok this way.. ..i like the message of your video and the questions...

Out of pure curiousity, why do so many women swallow this stuff? It may seem abit generalised but I see these magazines being read by a huge proportion of poeple, nearly all of them women. It only bothers me so much because my young sister and other family also appear to buy into it.

Its good to see someone else recognises the hypocrisy out there. Went through a few magazines for my uni course the otherday and noticed on one page there would be statements about praising your own look then on the next page countless tips on "looking slim" filled with unhealthily looking tiny women. I am indeed a man but I hope I can comment anyway.
